PHILANTHROPY
Community Outreach is the heart of our organization, and Philanthropy is its soul. Since its inception, the Club has been volunteer and philanthropic. As a Club, we strive to support other non-profit organizations that enrich the lives of women, children, and families. Our philanthropic contributions are made possible by the hard work and enthusiasm contributed by each Club member.
In its recent history, The Saturday Club has made sizable donations to children's charities serving the greater Philadelphia region through nine years of producing the American Girl Fashion Show. Additionally, we are able to help other important causes in our community.
In April of each year, the Club grants awards to other worthy charitable organizations. The Philanthropy Committee reviews the applications received for each grant cycle and makes its recommendations to the Executive Board. All selections are subject to Board approval.

Applications are due by January 15 of each year and are awarded at our April Membership Meeting.
