The Saturday Club Women & Children's Consignment Sale is a bi-annual event held at our historic clubhouse in downtown Wayne.

Consign with The Saturday Club. Your "trash" is someone else's treasure. The Saturday Club offers consignors a generous 60-70%. All proceeds benefit The Saturday Club and our philanthropic support of women and children's charities.

Consignors must register to receive a unique Consignor ID number. If you have consigned with us in the past, you will still need to register for each sale, but your consignor number will remain the same indefinitely. New consignors, you will receive an email with your consignor number within 1 week of receipt of your registration. If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks of mailing the form, or if you are registering less than 2 weeks before the sale, please contact us at consignmentsale@saturdayclub.org or 610.687.9975. Please note: this phone number is a voicemail that is checked once daily.

Consignors must prepare and tag all items according to specific guidelines. Click here to download the Consignment Information Packet. There are specific drop-off dates and times. Please allow at least half an hour for the process. All items will be examined in your presence and you must take back items that we cannot accept.

The preview sale is open to all for a $5 admission fee. For consignors registered for the specific sale, entry is free.

The last hour of the sale will be a half-price sale. Consignors may opt out of the half-price sale; please review the guidelines for more information.

If consignors wish for unsold items to be returned, they are responsible for picking items up at the Clubhouse within the designated time frame. Consignors who want items returned must use the yellow cardstock tickets – without exception. All items remaining after these hours are donated, by default, to The Saturday Club and may be otherwise sold or donated.

Drop and Donate! Option (for Saturday Club Members only): If you have women's or children's clothes that you wish to donate to the Club to sell at the Consignment Sale, you may drop off your items at the Clubhouse during business hours the week prior to the sale or at the October/April membership meeting. The Consignment Committee will price, tag, and hang acceptable donated items. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Club and you will receive a tax receipt for the total sale price of your donated items.

What do we accept for the sale?

In general, customers are looking for gently used, excellent, wearable condition clothing and shoes for women and children, handbags, and maternity clothing. We will not accept stained, torn, extremely worn, outdated/out-of-style, items that smell of smoke/mothballs/etc, or otherwise damaged clothing. We will be adhering strictly to examining all items from consignors at drop-off. Please do not take it personally or be offended if any of your items are declined for consignment.

Baby equipment such as carseats, strollers, highchairs, exersaucers, et cetera will be accepted only if in excellent and clean condition, up-to-date styles and brands, and have not been recalled. We cannot accept cribs or mattresses. We will accept only large toys such as train tables (with trains), ride-on toys, and American Girl dolls. Battery-operated toys must have working batteries included. You must check recall status for baby items and toys at http://www.cpsc.gov. Please bring a copy of the search results showing that the item has not been recalled with you to drop-off.

We will not accept loose books, small toys, or stuffed animals but will consider boxed collections, groupings, and limited/special editions depending on the item. You must contact us in advance of the sale with any questions. Please do not bring questionable items to the sale without prior approval.
