AMERICAN GIRL MODEL INFORMATION

VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ALL AMERICAN GIRL MODELS AND PARENTS!

We are watching the weather very closely for the Saturday (2/23) rehearsals at The Saturday Club. Your safety is our first concern. We will only reschedule this rehearsal if absolutely necessary.

Approx. 7am on Saturday morning (2/23) you will receive a phone call (your home phone) and e-maill if we are canceling and rescheduling the 2/23 rehearsals. If you do not hear from us the rehearsals are on.

Thank you for participating in The Saturday Club¢s Sixth Annual American Girl Fashion Show fundraiser. We have over 240 models this year! By volunteering your time and talent, you are helping raise money that will directly benefit Dragonfly Forest, Inc. and The Saturday Club Fund for Children.

Model information packets containing Show Assignment, Fittings & Photography Appointment, and rehearsal dates and times have been mailed. You should be receiving this packet shortly. If you do not receive the packet by Friday, January 25, 2008, please contact us at agfashionshow@yahoo.com or call Jeanne Dechiario 610-647-4692 or Kim Vallin 610-578-0116 to receive your show assignment information.

Your packet will also contain the Models Only Invitation. You MUST use the special pink order form to purchase tickets for preferred seating for your family and guests.

A little show info: Models need to arrive 1 hour prior to showtime and remain backstage for the duration of the show. You will receive further details at the Waterford rehearsal.

Because of the large number of children participating in the shows, it is very important that each child be on time for fittings and rehearsals. The success and smooth operation of the show is a cooperative effort on everyone's part and unforeseen absences or scheduling changes can impact many other model's schedules. Thank you for your kind consideration!

Fittings & Photography Appointment: Wednesday, February 6, 2008 or Thursday, February 7, 2008. Each model has an individual appointment time. If you do not remember yours, please contact us. Please allow at least one hour for Fittings & Photography. Please make sure your child is "camera ready" (hair combed, no make-up). Portraits will be taken of your daughter at your Fittings & Photography appointment. There is no sitting fee. Please bring your completed order form with you to your Fittings & Photography appointm ent. You can download additional copies of the form here.

Clubhouse Rehearsal: Saturday, February 23, 2008

Show #1: 8:30 am
Show #2: 9:30 am
Show #3: 10:30 am

Dress comfortably. Please allow at least 1-1/2 hours for the rehearsal. Please be on time as we will be running through each show in show order to familiarize the girls to their parts.
